P\u00e1n Eli\u00e1\u0161 upozornil aj na z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my, ktor\u00e9 agilitu v\u00fdrazne brzdili a naopak, praktiky, ktor\u00e9 pomohli. Spolo\u010dnos\u0165, v ktorej Eva pracuje, potrebuje sp\u013a\u0148a\u0165 aj \u0161tandardy, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa v principi\u00e1lnom rozpore s agiln\u00fdmi princ\u00edpmi a napriek tomu bolo mo\u017en\u00e9 im agile prisp\u00f4sobi\u0165 a zavies\u0165. Znamen\u00e1 to mo\u017eno proces, ktor\u00fd je komplikovanej\u0161\u00ed\u00a0v porovnan\u00ed s jednoduch\u00fdm Scrumom, ale vyhovuje tak t\u00edmom aj z\u00e1kazn\u00edkom. Eva uk\u00e1zala aj to, \u017ee agilita nie je iba o Scrum, ale aj o praktik\u00e1ch v\u00fdvoja, kult\u00farnych rozdieloch a rozdieloch v ch\u00e1pan\u00ed v\u00fdznamu terminol\u00f3gie. \u017de je to o \u013eu\u010foch bez oh\u013eadu na miesto, v ktorom pracuj\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>J\u00e1n Masaryk <\/strong>porozpr\u00e1val o pokuse zavies\u0165 agilitu v spolo\u010dnosti, v ktorej pracuje. Po perfektnej prezent\u00e1cii agility vedeniu spolo\u010dnosti sa rozhodli vysk\u00fa\u0161a\u0165 agile v pilotnom projekte. Ako to dopadlo? S mno\u017estvom t\u00e9m na zlep\u0161enie. A zlep\u0161enie v tomto pr\u00edpade znamenalo h\u013eadanie pomoci zvonku spolo\u010dnosti. Pomoci, ktor\u00e1 m\u00e1 praktick\u00e9 sk\u00fasenosti s agile a z\u00e1rove\u0148 bude akceptovan\u00e1 t\u00edmom ako expert na dan\u00fa problematiku. Tak\u017ee po prvom pilotnom projekte sa rozhodli adaptova\u0165 pr\u00edstup zav\u00e1dzania agile a uplatni\u0165 ho v \u010fal\u0161om pilote. S v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ou orient\u00e1ciou na ciele spolo\u010dnosti, nie na cie\u013e rovnaj\u00faci sa zavedeniu agile v t\u00edmoch.<\/p>\n<p>Aby agile nebolo cie\u013eom samotn\u00fdm, ale n\u00e1strojom pre vy\u0161\u0161ie ciele, ktor\u00e9 enterprise spolo\u010dnosti umo\u017enia pre\u017ei\u0165 aj v dne\u0161nom tak glob\u00e1lnom, r\u00fdchlom a na ekonomiku n\u00e1ro\u010dnom svete.<\/p>\n<p>Po prest\u00e1vke (a napriek pokro\u010dil\u00e9mu \u010dasu) sme sa v diskusii porozpr\u00e1vali o <strong>v\u00edzii projektov\u00e9ho mana\u017ementu a Agile PMO<\/strong> v agilnej organiz\u00e1cii. Diskusia \u010diasto\u010dne na\u010drela aj do in\u00fdch t\u00e9m (kontrakty, soft skills, transform\u00e1cia spolo\u010dnosti, \u00a0projekty vo verejnej spr\u00e1ve). T\u00e1to t\u00e9ma je v\u0161ak v s\u00fa\u010dastnom stave zavedenia agility na Slovensku e\u0161te priskor\u00e1, a aj preto sme sa dohodli sa k nej vr\u00e1ti\u0165 v \u00a0bud\u00facom roku.<\/p>\n<p>Postrehy z diskusie o role projektov\u00e9ho mana\u017ementu a Agile \u00a0PMO:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pre\u010do n\u00e1s zauj\u00edma pr\u00e1ve rola projektov\u00fd mana\u017e\u00e9r?\n<ol>\n<li>Ot\u00e1zka pri zav\u00e1dzan\u00ed Agile: K\u00fdm budem ja?<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;M\u00e1m sa to p\u00fdta\u0165?&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Nevieme s t\u00fdm pohn\u00fa\u0165&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Je projektov\u00fd mna\u017ement z\u00e1branou v agilite?<\/li>\n<li>Ako premosti\u0165 rozdiel kult\u00far Agile a Vodop\u00e1d?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>\u010c\u00edm sa zaober\u00e1 PMO v organiz\u00e1cii?\n<ol>\n<li>\u00fatvar pre projektov\u00fdch mana\u017e\u00e9rov<\/li>\n<li>Procesy, metodiky<\/li>\n<li>Zdroj \u013eud\u00ed pre organiz\u00e1ciu<\/li>\n<li>Rozhranie komunik\u00e1cie. Pr\u00e1ve tam by najviac pomohla.<\/li>\n<li>Zbyto\u010dn\u00e9 vytv\u00e1ranie enterprise architekt\u00fary do z\u00e1suvky.<\/li>\n<li>Ve\u013ek\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148 detailu u\u017e na za\u010diatku od zmluvnej f\u00e1zy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Scrum Master mus\u00ed by\u0165 schopn\u00fd po\u010d\u00fava\u0165<\/li>\n<li>Projektov\u00fd mana\u017e\u00e9r mus\u00ed rozumie\u0165 produktu\/projektu<\/li>\n<li>Scrum Mastra a projektov\u00e9ho mana\u017e\u00e9ra sp\u00e1ja potreba m\u0165 organiza\u010dn\u00e9 schopnosti<\/li>\n<li>Scrum Master by mal ma\u0165 technick\u00e9 znalosti, aby rozumel projektu. Dne\u0161n\u00fd trh v\u0161ak tla\u010d\u00ed inak.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00e9ma Agile PMO je dnes na Slovensku e\u0161te pred\u010dasn\u00e1. Porozpr\u00e1vajme sa o nej op\u00e4\u0165 na bud\u00faci rok.<\/li>\n<li>Men\u00ed sa ekonomick\u00fd model fungovania firem?
