Zoznam, grafy a in\u00e9 artefakty, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa pre beh met\u00f3dy  nevyhnutn\u00e9. Tieto n\u00e1stroje m\u00f4\u017eu existova\u0165 vo forme elektronickej alebo  fyzickej. Elektronick\u00e1 forma predstavuje r\u00f4zne \u0161pecializovan\u00e9 softv\u00e9ry  alebo prisp\u00f4soben\u00e9 v\u0161eobecnej\u0161ie n\u00e1stroje (Calc, Excel..), zatia\u013e \u010do pri  papierovej je to naj\u010dastej\u0161ie samotn\u00fd papier alebo tabu\u013ea (magnetick\u00e1,  korkov\u00e1 &#8230;). Diskusia o tom, ktor\u00e1 z t\u00fdchto foriem je vhodnej\u0161ia, je  prakticky nekone\u010dn\u00e1 a to z jednoduch\u00e9ho d\u00f4vodu: univerz\u00e1lna odpove\u010f na  t\u00fato ot\u00e1zku neexistuje. Respekt\u00edve existuje odpove\u010f, ktor\u00e1 ale nepom\u00e1ha  probl\u00e9m rie\u0161i\u0165, a to je: pre ka\u017ed\u00fd projekt je vhodn\u00e1 in\u00e1 forma. Ke\u010f u\u017e  ale pr\u00edde na l\u00e1manie chleba, mus\u00edte si vybra\u0165&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>To, \u010do pom\u00e1ha sa dosta\u0165 z tohto bludn\u00e9ho kruhu <span style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent\">ot\u00e1zky a odpovede <\/span>je  fakt, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e1 z t\u00fdchto foriem m\u00e1 svoje v\u00fdhody a nev\u00fdhody. Pr\u00e1ve tento  zoznam bonusov a potenci\u00e1lnych riz\u00edk by mal by\u0165 prostriedok, ktor\u00fd  umo\u017en\u00ed zvl\u00e1da\u0165 t\u00fato dilemu. Je potrebn\u00e9 len zv\u00e1\u017ei\u0165, ktor\u00e9 vlastnosti s\u00fa  pre v\u00e1\u0161 projekt najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie a vybra\u0165. Po\u010fme sa teraz bli\u017e\u0161ie pozrie\u0165  na jednotliv\u00e9 v\u00fdhody a nev\u00fdhody.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;padding-left: 30px\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"> Elektronika<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">Ak sa rozhodnete pou\u017eiva\u0165  elektronick\u00fd n\u00e1stroj, je v\u00fdber tak\u00fd \u0161irok\u00fd, a\u017e to za\u010d\u00edna by\u0165  nepr\u00edjemn\u00e9. Vybra\u0165 si m\u00f4\u017eete bu\u010f n\u00e1stroj, ktor\u00fd je \u0161it\u00fd priamo na va\u0161u  met\u00f3du, ktor\u00fd v\u00e1m d\u00e1 presne to, \u010do potrebujete, ale na druhej strane v\u00e1s  m\u00f4\u017ee obmedzova\u0165, ak potrebujete nie\u010do naviac. Alebo si m\u00f4\u017eete siahnu\u0165  po univerz\u00e1lnej\u0161om n\u00e1stroji, ktor\u00fd si budete musie\u0165 najprv prisp\u00f4sobi\u0165.  Teraz m\u00e1m na mysli vy\u0161\u0161ie spom\u00ednan\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje ako Calc alebo Excel, s  ktor\u00fdmi viete robi\u0165 naozaj ve\u013ea, ale chce to vedomosti a \u010das. Rozdiel  medzi t\u00fdmito dvoma kateg\u00f3riami je hlavne v tom, \u017ee s t\u00fdm prv\u00fdm si  kupujete aj met\u00f3du, s t\u00fdm druh\u00fdm nie. Pre\u010do ale po softv\u00e9rovom n\u00e1stroji  siahnu\u0165:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>pr\u00edstup z r\u00f4znych miest <\/strong>\u2013  toto je asi najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ia v\u00fdhoda. Pre distribuovan\u00fd t\u00edm je  elektronick\u00e1 forma prakticky nevyhnutn\u00e1. Ale \u010dlenovia t\u00edmu nie s\u00fa  jedin\u00ed, ktor\u00fdch stav projektu m\u00f4\u017ee zauj\u00edma\u0165. Riadiaci pracovn\u00edci,  obchodn\u00e9 oddelenie alebo z\u00e1kazn\u00edk. Alebo hoci aj ten monitor vo vstupnej  hale, ktor\u00fd vysiela Sprint Burnd Down Chart n\u00e1hodn\u00fdm okoloid\u00facim.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>vyh\u013ead\u00e1vanie<\/strong> \u2013 jednozna\u010dne jednoduch\u0161ie ako pri fyzickej forme.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>prenosite\u013enos\u0165<\/strong> \u2013 kop\u00edrovanie, z\u00e1lohovanie, dlhodob\u00e1 archiv\u00e1cia.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>\u013eahk\u00fd prechod na papier<\/strong> \u2013 r\u00f4zne grafy a zoznamy je \u010dasto mo\u017eno jednoducho vytla\u010di\u0165 a z\u00edska\u0165 tak ich fyzick\u00fa formu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>automatiz\u00e1cia<\/strong> \u2013 syst\u00e9m dok\u00e1\u017ee automaticky za v\u00e1s vykon\u00e1va\u0165 niektor\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce. Kresl\u00ed graf, po\u010d\u00edta priemery, posiela e-maily&#8230;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;padding-left: 30px\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"> Fyzick\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">Pod pojmom fyzick\u00e9  n\u00e1stroje si m\u00f4\u017eete predstavi\u0165 ak\u00e9ko\u013evek jednoduch\u00e9 prostriedky, pomocou  ktor\u00fdch viete v re\u00e1lnom svete zobrazova\u0165 stav projektu. Tabu\u013ea, papier,  fixa, pero, n\u00e1lepka, magnet, lepiaca p\u00e1ska, \u0161pag\u00e1t, \u017eiarovka, sir\u00e9na  at\u010f. S hotov\u00fdmi fyzick\u00fdmi sadami pre Scrum som sa zatia\u013e pr\u00edli\u0161  nestretol, ale ak <span style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent\">preh\u013ead\u00e1te<\/span> internet, ur\u010dite n\u00e1jdete dostatok in\u0161pir\u00e1cie. Pre\u010do ale siahnu\u0165 po fyzickej forme:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>sloboda<\/strong> \u2013  jednoduch\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje v\u00e1m umo\u017enia vytv\u00e1ra\u0165 \u013eubovo\u013en\u00e9 zlo\u017eit\u00e9 objekty.  Oby\u010dajn\u00e1 popisovacia tabu\u013ea s fixou a sadou lepiacich papierikov  poskytuje neuverite\u013en\u00e9 mno\u017estvo mo\u017enost\u00ed kombin\u00e1ci\u00ed toho, ako ich dokopy  pou\u017eijete. Nie\u010do nefunguje, tak ako potrebujete? Zahod\u00edte a nahrad\u00edte  in\u00fdm rie\u0161en\u00edm. Ak nefunguje ani to, sk\u00fasite nie\u010do in\u00e9. Tak\u00e1to sloboda  ohn\u00fa\u0165 n\u00e1stroj do po\u017eadovan\u00e9ho tvaru m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 pri softv\u00e9ry probl\u00e9m. A \u017ee  by mali ma\u0165 \u013eudia navrch oproti n\u00e1strojom hovor\u00ed u\u017e aj samotn\u00e9 Agile  Manifesto.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>hmatate\u013enos\u0165<\/strong> \u2013 svet softv\u00e9ru alebo poskytovania slu\u017eieb m\u00e1 oproti klasickej  priemyselnej v\u00fdrobe jednu nev\u00fdhodu \u2013 to, \u010do firma vyr\u00e1ba, s \u010d\u00edm sa ka\u017ed\u00fd  de\u0148 pracuje, nie je hmatate\u013en\u00e9. Na prv\u00fd poh\u013ead to nemus\u00ed vyzera\u0165 a\u017e tak  podstatne, ale je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 si uvedomi\u0165, \u017ee spolo\u010dnos\u0165 za posledn\u00e9  desa\u0165ro\u010dia pre\u0161la revol\u00faciou, zatia\u013e \u010do my \u013eudia sme sk\u00f4r evolu\u010dn\u00e1  z\u00e1le\u017eitos\u0165. Hmatate\u013en\u00e9 predmety je mo\u017en\u00e9 si pod\u00e1va\u0165, rozostavova\u0165 ich v  priestore, uklada\u0165 na kopy alebo hoci aj h\u00e1dza\u0165 do ko\u0161a. V\u0161etko toto s\u00fa  pre \u013eud\u00ed prirodzen\u00e9 \u010dinnosti, preto aj pr\u00e1ca s fyzick\u00fdmi n\u00e1strojmi je  prirodzenej\u0161ia.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>jednoduch\u0161ia vidite\u013enos\u0165<\/strong> \u2013 ak sa nerozhodnete pre nejak\u00e9 komplikovanej\u0161ie rie\u0161enie ako je  zapnut\u00fd projektor, alebo ka\u017edodenn\u00e9 tla\u010denie stavu na papier m\u00e1  elektronick\u00e1 verzia jednu nev\u00fdhodu \u2013 je uzamknut\u00e1 do v\u00e1\u0161ho monitoru.  Oproti tomu je fyzick\u00e1 \u010dasto umiestnen\u00e1 na nejakom vidite\u013enom mieste, a  teda je omnoho \u0165a\u017e\u0161ie ju prehliadnu\u0165 (pre v\u00e1s, mana\u017ement alebo  kohoko\u013evek, koho by to mohlo zauja\u0165). Sta\u010d\u00ed len oto\u010di\u0165 hlavu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee  rozhodnutie o forme by malo padn\u00fa\u0165 pre ka\u017ed\u00fd projekt zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 a dokonca,  \u017ee by malo by\u0165 mo\u017en\u00e9 ho zmeni\u0165, ak sa uk\u00e1\u017ee, \u017ee druh\u00e1 forma je  vhodnej\u0161ia. Ka\u017edop\u00e1dne je mo\u017en\u00e9 tieto formy udr\u017eiava\u0165 aj obe naraz \u2013  synchronizova\u0165. To si ale vy\u017eaduje viac \u00fasilia, a teda je ot\u00e1zne \u010di to  naozaj stoj\u00ed za to.
