A odpove\u010f na Slovensku je vo ve\u013ekej v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine nie. Je zvykom pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 pre riadenie projektov osved\u010den\u00e9 met\u00f3dy. Len m\u00e1lokedy s\u00fa v\u0161ak osved\u010den\u00e9 aj v\u00fdsledkami projektu.<\/p>\n<p>Na druhej strane stoja agiln\u00e9 met\u00f3dy, ktor\u00e9 u\u017e dnes nie s\u00fa novinkou. \u00a0Jednou z agiln\u00fdch techn\u00edk je <strong>Scrum.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Scrum je agiln\u00fdm frameworkom, ale nie metodikou. Teda sadou postupov, ktor\u00e9 sa maj\u00fa prisp\u00f4sobi\u0165 konkr\u00e9tnej spolo\u010dnosti. Je zalo\u017een\u00fd na \u00fazkej kooper\u00e1cii medzi z\u00e1kazn\u00edkom a \u00a0v\u00fdvojov\u00fdm t\u00edmom.<\/p>\n<p>Ak by som mal Scrum pop\u00edsa\u0165 jednou vetou, znela by asi takto:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Hodnota je vytvoren\u00e1 po\u010das iter\u00e1cie cel\u00fdm t\u00edmom pod\u013ea priority a v\u00f4le z\u00e1kazn\u00edka<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Hodnota<\/h3>\n<p>Hodnotu prin\u00e1\u0161a v\u00fdsledok, ktor\u00fd\u00a0\u00a0je skuto\u010dne dokon\u010den\u00fd a \u00a0otestovan\u00fd, ktor\u00fd sa d\u00e1 okam\u017eite pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165.\u00a0 Nie diagram, nie dokument. Ke\u010f\u017ee v\u00fdvoj trv\u00e1 krat\u0161\u00ed interval ako je be\u017en\u00e9 v in\u00fdch postupoch, tak\u00fdto skor\u00fd v\u00fdsledok prin\u00e1\u0161a v\u00fdhodu r\u00fdchleho z\u00edskania sp\u00e4tnej v\u00e4zby od klienta.\u00a0\u00a0N\u00e1sledne sa implement\u00e1cia m\u00f4\u017ee \u013eahko prisp\u00f4sobi\u0165 po\u017eadovan\u00fdm zmen\u00e1m e\u0161te v \u010dase, kedy sa produkt tvor\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3>Iter\u00e1cia<\/h3>\n<p>Iter\u00e1cia ur\u010duje obdobie, v ktorom m\u00e1 t\u00edm priestor pre svoju pr\u00e1cu. Iter\u00e1cia v Scrume trv\u00e1 zvy\u010dajne 2-4 t\u00fd\u017edne.<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00e1 za\u010d\u00edna pl\u00e1novan\u00edm pr\u00e1ce, ktor\u00e1 m\u00e1 by\u0165 v r\u00e1mci iter\u00e1cie uroben\u00e1, a kon\u010d\u00ed sa \u00a0prezent\u00e1ciou v\u00fdsledkov.\u00a0 V \u00favode iter\u00e1cie by mal z\u00e1kazn\u00edk odprezentova\u0165 t\u00edmu \u010do potrebuje, ako si predstavuje v\u00fdsledok a poskytn\u00fa\u0165 potrebn\u00e9 vysvetlenia. Na konci t\u00edm mus\u00ed urobi\u0165\u00a0prezent\u00e1ciu v\u00fdsledku.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Po\u010das\u00a0nej by sa zadanie nemalo meni\u0165, \u010d\u00edm sa vytvor\u00ed priestor pre t\u00edm a pre samotn\u00fa realiz\u00e1ciu bez vyru\u0161enia. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 t\u00edm je obozn\u00e1men\u00fd s progresom\u00a0implement\u00e1cie a v pr\u00edpade probl\u00e9mov okam\u017eite reaguje. Pre iter\u00e1ciu sa v Scrume pou\u017e\u00edva pojem <strong>sprint<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Cel\u00fd t\u00edm<\/h3>\n<p>Cel\u00fd t\u00edm v Scrume znamen\u00e1 z\u00e1kazn\u00edka, analytika, dizajn\u00e9ra, program\u00e1tora, testera a \u010fal\u0161\u00edch. Zameranie v\u00fdvoja na vlastnosti poskytuje priestor pre spolupr\u00e1cu v\u0161etk\u00fdch tzpick\u00fdch rol\u00ed.\u00a0\u00a0Zatia\u013e\u010do jedna vlastnos\u0165 m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 analyzovan\u00e1, \u010fal\u0161ia sa u\u017e\u00a0m\u00f4\u017ee testova\u0165. Tak\u00e9to kolekt\u00edvne spracovanie vlastnost\u00ed vedie k v\u0161eobecnej znalosti implement\u00e1cie produktu v rovnakom \u010dase.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00edm je v tom istom \u010dase obohaten\u00fd intenz\u00edvnou komunik\u00e1ciou a spolupr\u00e1cou, ktor\u00e1 je jednozna\u010dn\u00fdm pr\u00ednosom z dlhodob\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska.<\/p>\n<h3>Priorita a v\u00f4\u013ea z\u00e1kazn\u00edka<\/h3>\n<p>Z\u00e1kazn\u00edk je v Scrume\u00a0k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fd element riadiaci\u00a0postupnos\u0165 v\u00fdvoja vlastnost\u00ed\u00a0a akceptuj\u00faci v\u00fdsledky. Rozhoduje aj o tom, \u010di sa bude vo v\u00fdvoji pokra\u010dova\u0165 nasleduj\u00facou iter\u00e1ciou.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u00e9to zahrnutie z\u00e1kazn\u00edka do v\u00fdvoja je inovat\u00edvnym prvkom agiln\u00fdch postupov. V praci v\u0161ak \u010dasto zist\u00edme, \u017ee z\u00e1kazn\u00edk ani nechce by\u0165 integrovan\u00fd do v\u00fdvoja. Pozor,\u00a0v tomto pr\u00edpade sa nepriamo vytv\u00e1ra mo\u017enos\u0165, \u017ee t\u00edm nebude realizova\u0165 to \u010do potrebuje. Pre rozpoznanie potrieb je preto dobr\u00e9 ustanovi\u0165 rolu <strong>produktov\u00fd vlastn\u00edk<\/strong>, ktor\u00fd z\u00e1kazn\u00edka a\u00a0u\u017e\u00edvate\u013eov zast\u00fapi.
