Pink &#8211; Drive, The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-622\" title=\"pinkDrive\" src=\"http:\/\/agile.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/pinkDrive.jpg\" alt=\"pinkDrive\" width=\"200\" height=\"215\" \/><\/p>\n<p>U\u017e dlh\u0161iu dobu sa zaober\u00e1m ot\u00e1zkou, ktor\u00e1 by sa dala v kr\u00e1tkosti zhrn\u00fa\u0165  do vety &#8220;Ako spr\u00e1vne motivova\u0165 ag\u00edlny t\u00edm ?&#8221;. Dos\u0165 dlho som h\u013eadal  odpove\u010f hlavne na finan\u010dn\u00fa str\u00e1nku motivovania &#8216;dospel\u00e9ho &#8216; t\u00edmu, mysl\u00edm  bonusy a in\u00e9 finan\u010dn\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje. Naposledy som sa ju pok\u00fa\u0161al h\u013eada\u0165  medzi \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkmi konferencie ALE2011 v Berl\u00edne, kde som od viacer\u00fdch  \u013eud\u00ed po\u010dul ako odpove\u010f : &#8220;<strong>Dan Pink &#8211; Drive<\/strong>&#8220;. Kone\u010dne som sa k tej knihe dostal a tu s\u00fa moje postrehy bezprostredne po do\u010d\u00edtan\u00ed.<br \/>\nPre t\u00fdch, \u010do by h\u013eadali odpove\u010f na ot\u00e1zku okolo pou\u017e\u00edvania finan\u010dn\u00fdch  n\u00e1strojov vopred avizujem, \u017ee Dan Pink m\u00e1 v tom jasno : <em>Pla\u0165 to\u013eko aby  ot\u00e1zka pe\u0148az\u00ed nebola na stole<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Ale aj tak je kniha skvel\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Kniha samotn\u00e1 sa skald\u00e1 z troch \u010dast\u00ed. Jej nosnou my\u0161lienkou je rozdiel medzi t\u00fdm, \u010do veda pozn\u00e1 a business prostredie rob\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>1. Nov\u00fd opera\u010dn\u00fd syst\u00e9m<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n\u00davodn\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 za\u010d\u00edna opisom r\u00f4znych experimentov (u\u017e z rokov 1949 a 1960  ), ktor\u00fdch \u00fa\u010del bol detekova\u0165 \u00fa\u010dinok vonkaj\u0161ej motiv\u00e1cie na sledovan\u00fdch  jedincov. Ako inak s prekvapiv\u00fdm v\u00fdsledkom.<br \/>\nPink ve\u013emi zauj\u00edmavo opisuje soci\u00e1lne prostredie ako opera\u010dn\u00fd syst\u00e9m, v  ktorom pr\u00e1vo a ekonomika je akoby interface vrstvou nad\u00a0 sadou  protokolov, in\u0161trukci\u00ed a predpokladov toho, ako svet funguje. A ako  ka\u017ed\u00fd opera\u010dn\u00fd syst\u00e9m, aj ten n\u00e1\u0161 m\u00e1 verzie, v \u010dase sa, ako v\u0161etci  ver\u00edme, vylep\u0161uj\u00face. Vr\u00e1tane probl\u00e9mov so inkompatibilitou. N\u00e1\u0161 n\u00e1zor na  to, ako veci funguj\u00fa potrebuje \u010das od \u010dasu upgrade. A ten \u010das je tu.<br \/>\nVe\u013emi podnetnou kapitolou je <em>Sedem d\u00f4vodov, pre\u010do cukor a bi\u010d nefunguje<\/em>. Z\u00e1rove\u0148\u00a0 ale vysvet\u013euje, kedy tak\u00e1to priamo\u010diara motiv\u00e1cia (ak-potom)  m\u00f4\u017ee prin\u00e1\u0161a\u0165 v\u00fdsledky.<\/p>\n<p>V z\u00e1vere prvej \u010dasti autor definuje dva typy\u00a0 spr\u00e1vania: a)<em>Typ X<\/em> &#8211; spr\u00e1vanie podmienen\u00e9 hlavne vonkaj\u0161\u00edmi faktormi a odmenami ku ktor\u00fdm vedie aktivita. Oproti tomu b) <em>Typ I<\/em> &#8211; spr\u00e1vanie reaguj\u00face viac na vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 uspokojenie z aktivity  samotnej.\u00a0 A \u00e1no, b) je spr\u00e1vne.\u00a0 Pozit\u00edvny z\u00e1ver je, \u017ee Typom I sa  nerod\u00edme, ale sa n\u00edm st\u00e1vame.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>2. Tri elementy<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nV druhej, k\u013e\u00fa\u010dovej \u010dasti knihy\u00a0 s\u00fa rozobrat\u00e9 3 hlavn\u00e9 motiv\u00e1tory.<em> Auton\u00f3mia<\/em>, <em>Majstrovstvo<\/em> a<em> \u00da\u010del<\/em>.<br \/>\nAuton\u00f3mia riadi\u0165 si veci po svojom, zdokona\u013eovanie a snaha by\u0165 v nie\u010dom  naozaj dobr\u00fd a v neposlednom rade robi\u0165 nie\u010do \u010do m\u00e1\u00a0 (vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed\/\u0161ir\u0161\u00ed)  zmysel je pre v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inu \u013eud\u00ed viac ako tie veci, za ktor\u00e9 si &#8220;\u0161test\u00ed  nekoup\u00ed\u0161&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>3. Toolkit pre subjekty Typu I<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nTretia \u010das\u0165 knihy, predstavuje n\u00e1vod pre jednotlivcov, rodi\u010dov ale aj  organiz\u00e1cie ako prebudi\u0165 vlastn\u00fa motiv\u00e1ciu a ako motivova\u0165 in\u00fdch. Nie je  to te\u00f3ria, je to konkr\u00e9tny zoznam u\u017eito\u010dn\u00fdch prakt\u00edk. Za v\u0161etky m\u0148a  zaujali &#8211; predt\u00fdm k\u00fdm p\u00f4jdete spa\u0165 si polo\u017ete ot\u00e1zku : <em>Bol som dnes (v \u010domko\u013evek) aspo\u0148 o trochu lep\u0161\u00ed ako v\u010dera ? , <\/em>alebo &#8211; zostavte a udr\u017eujte zoznam vec\u00ed, \u010dinnost\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 NEbudete robi\u0165.<em><br \/>\n<\/em>Pre organiz\u00e1cie sa vyzdvihuje potreba vy\u010dleni\u0165 \u010das na aktivity &#8216;mimo ofici\u00e1lny pl\u00e1n&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Kniha v z\u00e1vere obsahuje ve\u013emi u\u017eito\u010dn\u00fd abstract, tak\u017ee pre t\u00fdch, \u010do sa  im nechce \u010d\u00edta\u0165, alebo si len chc\u00fa pripomen\u00fa\u0165 d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 my\u0161lienky, sta\u010d\u00ed  pre\u010d\u00edta\u0165 t\u00fdch 6 str\u00e1n.
