Agile vyzeralo v tej dobe rebelsky. Neprocesne, jednoducho, nie\u010do pre nebyrokratov a praktikov. Skuto\u010dn\u00e1 discipl\u00edna a\u00a0rozsah zmien, ktor\u00fa si vy\u017eaduj\u00fa, nebol zrejm\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Nasleduj\u00face roky sa niesli sk\u00f4r v z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch ot\u00e1zkach a objavovan\u00ed Scrum, Kanban, kontinu\u00e1lnej integr\u00e1cie, DevOps. Objavovanie zodpovednosti nov\u00fdch rol\u00ed ako produktov\u00fd vlastn\u00edk, alebo ScrumMaster. H\u013eadanie odpoved\u00ed na ot\u00e1zky typu: &#8220;<em>Agile v banke, telco, vl\u00e1dnych projektoch (ani, aj tam), ako na rozpo\u010det, h\u013eadanie n\u00e1strojov<\/em>&#8220;, a prv\u00fdch implement\u00e1cii Agile v odv\u00e1\u017enej\u0161\u00edch firm\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p>Pred \u0161tyrmi rokmi sa hr\u00e1dza pretrhla. M\u00e1 na tom podiel aj tlak trhu a konkurencieschopnos\u0165. Nov\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie, ktor\u00e9 sa inovuj\u00fa r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie ne\u017e kedyko\u013evek predt\u00fdm. N\u00e1stup AI, machine learning, hlasovo ovl\u00e1dan\u00fdch asistentov, automatiz\u00e1cia, cloud a digit\u00e1lna transform\u00e1cia firiem si vy\u017eaduj\u00fa r\u00fdchlos\u0165. \u00a0K Agile sa<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>prid\u00e1va aj obchod, marketing a prev\u00e1dzka. Niektor\u00e9 slovensk\u00e9 firmy dokonca pre\u0161li e\u0161te radik\u00e1lnej\u0161iou\u00a0<strong>transform\u00e1ciou<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>mana\u017ementu do podpornej roly.<\/strong>\u00a0Rie\u0161ia syst\u00e9m pr\u00e1ce, nie \u013eud\u00ed.
