Tu je kr\u00e1tke zhrnutie.<\/p>\n<p>\u010co pova\u017eujem za najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>PO mus\u00ed by\u0165 dostupn\u00fd pre svoje t\u00edmy a t\u00fdm nemysl\u00edm len DEMO a Pl\u00e1novac\u00ed meeting. PO takto maximalizuje biznis hodnotu produktu, t.j. najvy\u0161\u0161ie v produkt backlogu s\u00fa polo\u017eky s najvy\u0161\u0161ou biznis hodnotou pre z\u00e1kazn\u00edka. T\u00edm implementuje polo\u017eky z produkt backlogu s oh\u013eadom na t\u00fato prioritu.<\/li>\n<li>PO reprezentuje biznis.
