To, \u010domu sa hlavne venuje, je pr\u00e1ca s\u00a0\u013eu\u010fmi a\u00a0postupy ako navies\u0165 t\u00edmy k\u00a0pou\u017e\u00edvaniu agiln\u00fdch met\u00f3d. Zauj\u00edmav\u00e9 s\u00fa takzvan\u00e9 \u00faspe\u0161n\u00e9 a\u00a0ne\u00faspe\u0161n\u00e9 re\u017eimy, v\u00a0ktor\u00fdch m\u00f4\u017eete skon\u010di\u0165, ak sa o\u00a0kou\u010dovanie budete pok\u00fa\u0161a\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>Na z\u00e1ver sa d\u00e1 poveda\u0165, \u017ee ak patr\u00edte k\u00a0\u013eudom, ktor\u00ed nemaj\u00fa agiln\u00fdmi met\u00f3dami len \u017ei\u0165, ale maj\u00fa aj poslanie ich \u0161\u00edri\u0165 \u010falej, tak je toto kniha, ktor\u00e1 by v\u00e1s nemala min\u00fa\u0165. Po prv\u00e9 preto, lebo kn\u00edh, ktor\u00e9 sa venuj\u00fa kou\u010dovaniu a\u00a0agiln\u00fdm met\u00f3dam nie je ve\u013ea (podobn\u00e1 je sn\u00e1\u010f u\u017e len Agile Coaching od R. Davies a\u00a0L. Sedley) a\u00a0po druh\u00e9 preto, lebo problematika kou\u010dovania je v nej rozobran\u00e1 pomerne podrobne, a\u00a0preto aj sk\u00fasen\u00fd profesion\u00e1l m\u00f4\u017ee objavi\u0165 nieko\u013eko drahokamov medzi riadkami.
