Okrem in\u00fdch t\u00e9m sa v jednom momente diskusia viedla o tom, kto to m\u00e1 by\u0165 ScrumMaster. Zatia\u013e \u010do niektor\u00ed tvrdili, \u017ee je to \u010dlovek, ktor\u00fd mus\u00ed by\u0165 zru\u010dn\u00fd pri pr\u00e1ci s \u013eudmi a organizovan\u00ed, in\u00ed tvrdili, \u017ee to m\u00f4\u017ee robi\u0165 aj ich 5-ro\u010dn\u00fd syn. \u017de je to poz\u00edcia, ktor\u00e1 nevy\u017eaduje \u017eiadne \u0161peci\u00e1lne zru\u010dnosti, preto\u017ee \u010dlovek vykon\u00e1va len jednoduch\u00e9 veci ako kreslenie grafu alebo varenie k\u00e1vy pre t\u00edm. Ver\u00edm, \u017ee rozl\u00fasknu\u0165 tento probl\u00e9m nie je jednoduch\u00e9, ale aj tak sa pok\u00fasim prispie\u0165 k objasneniu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">M\u00e1me tu teda dva typy ScrumMastera. Jedn\u00e9ho ako siln\u00e9ho vodcu, ktor\u00fd zvl\u00e1da pr\u00e1cu s \u013eu\u010fmi, rozumie agiln\u00fdm met\u00f3dam a m\u00e1 siln\u00e9 zru\u010dnosti v oblasti organizovania pr\u00e1ce. Na druhej strane je to niekto, kto vykon\u00e1va rutinn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce potrebn\u00e9 na to, aby t\u00edm mohol neru\u0161ene pracova\u0165. Tieto dva typy predstavuj\u00fa opa\u010dn\u00e9 strany spektra, pri\u010dom typy ScrumMasterov v jednotliv\u00fdch t\u00edmoch sa m\u00f4\u017eu pohybova\u0165 v \u0148om.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">Je nutn\u00e9 poveda\u0165, \u017ee na t\u00edm s\u00fa kladen\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky. Tieto po\u017eiadavky m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 vn\u00fatorn\u00e9, \u010do napr\u00edklad m\u00f4\u017ee znamena\u0165, \u017ee t\u00edm mus\u00ed by\u0165 schopn\u00fd uskuto\u010dni\u0165 poradu, vyrie\u0161i\u0165 konflikty alebo navrhn\u00fa\u0165 rie\u0161enie nejak\u00e9ho probl\u00e9mu, a tie\u017e vonkaj\u0161ie, ako napr\u00edklad, \u017ee mus\u00ed odovzd\u00e1va\u0165 preh\u013eady o svojej pr\u00e1ci alebo mus\u00ed by\u0165 schopn\u00fd zodpoveda\u0165 ot\u00e1zky oh\u013eadom pl\u00e1novania.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">Predstavme si teraz na chv\u00ed\u013eu absol\u00fatne ide\u00e1lne samoorganizovan\u00fd t\u00edm. Je to skupina \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00e1 (ako skupina) dok\u00e1\u017ee tieto po\u017eiadavky splni\u0165. Ak treba aby sa uskuto\u010dnila porada, tak sa niekto postav\u00ed, poradu zvol\u00e1 a odmoderuje ju. Ak treba vyrie\u0161i\u0165 probl\u00e9m, tak sa z\u00edde nieko\u013eko \u013eud\u00ed, daj\u00fa hlavy dokopy a n\u00e1jdu najlep\u0161ie rie\u0161enie. Niekto kresl\u00ed graf a niekto pom\u00e1ha s rie\u0161en\u00edm konfliktov. Takto by mohol vyzera\u0165 ide\u00e1lny svet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">V re\u00e1lnom svete ale t\u00edm nie je schopn\u00fd splni\u0165 v\u0161etky tieto po\u017eiadavky. Nedok\u00e1\u017ee napr\u00edklad s\u00e1m zvola\u0165 poradu. D\u00f4vody m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 r\u00f4zne ale faktom je, \u017ee v schopnostiach t\u00edmu plni\u0165 po\u017eiadavky m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 r\u00f4zne medzery. A pr\u00e1ve tieto medzery mus\u00ed zaplni\u0165 ScrumMaster. Som presved\u010den\u00fd, \u017ee pr\u00e1ve preto t\u00e1to poz\u00edcia vznikla. Aby bola schopn\u00e1 zast\u00fapi\u0165 t\u00edm v akci\u00e1ch, ktor\u00fdch s\u00e1m nie je schopn\u00fd. Je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 poveda\u0165, \u017ee dobr\u00fd ScrumMaster by mal vykon\u00e1va\u0165 len veci, ktor\u00e9 t\u00edm nezvl\u00e1da spravi\u0165 s\u00e1m, \u010do je jeden z rozdielov medzi ved\u00facim t\u00edmu a ScrumMastrom. K tomu sa ale dostaneme nesk\u00f4r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-306\" src=\"http:\/\/agile.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/schopnosti.vs.poziadavky.jpg\" alt=\"schopnosti.vs.poziadavky\" width=\"437\" height=\"187\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!-- \t\t@page { margin: 2cm } \t\tP { margin-bottom: 0.21cm } --><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">Ak sa teda vr\u00e1tim k dileme, ktor\u00fa som pop\u00edsal na za\u010diatku, tak jednozna\u010dn\u00e1 odpove\u010f je, \u017ee ScrumMaster by mal ma\u0165 tak\u00e9 schopnosti, ako vy\u017eaduje situ\u00e1cia t\u00edmu, teda rozdiel medzi t\u00fdm, \u010do sa od t\u00edmu po\u017eaduje a \u010do je schopn\u00fd plni\u0165. Ak je to t\u00edm \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00fd agiln\u00e9 met\u00f3dy nikdy nepou\u017e\u00edvali, tak ScrumMaster mus\u00ed by\u0165 ve\u013emi sk\u00fasen\u00fd a zru\u010dn\u00fd. Naopak v t\u00edme, ktor\u00fd u\u017e agilne funguje dlh\u0161iu dobu a kde je vysok\u00e1 samoorganizovanos\u0165, ScrumMaster m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 len ve\u013emi m\u00e1lo \u00faloh a zodpovednost\u00ed. Preto neexistuje fin\u00e1lny zoznam povinnost\u00ed ScrumMastera. Tento zoznam by musel by\u0165 zostaven\u00fd pre ka\u017ed\u00fd t\u00edm zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">Okrem tohto d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9ho faktu, je tu e\u0161te jedna vec, a to, \u017ee ScrumMaster nie je in\u00e9 meno pre ved\u00faceho t\u00edmu. Medzi t\u00fdmito dvoma rolami je ve\u013ek\u00fd rozdiel. V prvom rade je to poz\u00edcia vo\u010di t\u00edmu. Ved\u00faci t\u00edmu je v hierarchii nad t\u00edmom. Je to niekto, na koho je mo\u017en\u00e9 eskalova\u0165 probl\u00e9my a kto je naopak schopn\u00fd delegova\u0165 pr\u00e1cu. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou preber\u00e1 zodpovednos\u0165 za v\u00fdsledok t\u00edmu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-307\" src=\"http:\/\/agile.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/veduci.timu.jpg\" alt=\"veduci.timu\" width=\"267\" height=\"213\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!-- \t\t@page { margin: 2cm } \t\tP { margin-bottom: 0.21cm } --><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u00dalohou ScrumMastera je ale t\u00edmu pom\u00e1ha\u0165. Preto je jeho poz\u00edcia ved\u013ea t\u00edmu alebo dokonca pod n\u00edm. V \u017eiadnom pr\u00edpade by nemal prebera\u0165 zodpovednos\u0165 a rozde\u013eova\u0165 pr\u00e1cu by mal len v pr\u00edpade, ak si ju t\u00edm nie je schopn\u00fd rozdeli\u0165 s\u00e1m (\u010do na ur\u010ditom stupni samoorganizovanosti mus\u00ed by\u0165 schopn\u00fd). Ale \u010do je najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie, zatia\u013e \u010do ved\u00faci t\u00edmu m\u00e1 vymedzen\u00e9 povinnosti a pr\u00e1va a tie sa prirodzene nemenia, ScrumMaster by sa mal prisp\u00f4sobova\u0165 t\u00edmu (to znamen\u00e1, nevykon\u00e1va\u0165 \u010dinnosti, ktor\u00e9 je t\u00edm schopn\u00fd vykona\u0165 s\u00e1m) a mal by t\u00edm vies\u0165 k tomu, aby bol schopn\u00fd \u010do najviac plni\u0165 po\u017eiadavky, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa na neho kladen\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-308\" src=\"http:\/\/agile.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/scrummaster.jpg\" alt=\"scrummaster\" width=\"436\" height=\"187\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!-- \t\t@page { margin: 2cm } \t\tP { margin-bottom: 0.21cm } --><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">Pr\u00e1va a povinnosti ScrumMastera sa m\u00f4\u017eu teda \u010dasom meni\u0165 a pri spr\u00e1vnom smerovan\u00ed by sa mali zmen\u0161ova\u0165 a oslabova\u0165. T\u00e1to zmena filozofie roly m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ia v\u00fdzva pri prechode na agiln\u00e9 met\u00f3dy zo star\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu riadenia, preto\u017ee \u013eudia sa len neradi vzd\u00e1vaj\u00fa moci kontrolova\u0165 a ovl\u00e1da\u0165.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">Na z\u00e1ver u\u017e len jedna rada ako prenies\u0165 na t\u00edm viac kompetenci\u00ed ScrumMastera: necha\u0165 jeho poz\u00edciu rotova\u0165. Za ur\u010dit\u00e9ho dozoru a prispenia zvonku je mo\u017en\u00e9, aby ScrumMastrom bol ka\u017ed\u00fd sprint niekto in\u00fd.
