Za\u010dne v\u00e1s zauj\u00edma\u0165 \u010do rob\u00ed kolega, ako sa tv\u00e1ri, kam pozer\u00e1, ako je oble\u010den\u00fd. Strat\u00edte koncentr\u00e1ciu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sl\u00fachadl\u00e1<\/strong> a <strong>mikrof\u00f3n<\/strong>. S mo\u017enos\u0165ou hardv\u00e9rov\u00e9ho uml\u010dania (mute tla\u010didlo). Niekedy je probl\u00e9m s kvalitou hovoru predov\u0161etk\u00fdm na WiFi. Hangout je napr. pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd aj po\u010das mini konferenci\u00ed Agile Lean Europe a celkom dobre funguje. Predov\u0161etk\u00fdm aj preto, \u017ee asi ka\u017ed\u00fd u\u017e m\u00e1 Google account, tak\u017ee najmenej probl\u00e9mov s prihlasovan\u00edm at\u010f.<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Lync (Office Communicator) &#8211; \u0161ikovn\u00e9 rie\u0161enie, dnes u\u017e aj multiplatformov\u00e9. Mnoho funkci\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 sa oplatia. Probl\u00e9m je v\u0161ak rozbeha\u0165 \u00a0ho predov\u0161etk\u00fdm s extern\u00fdmi kontraktormi mimo siete (VPN). Niekedy sa cez desktopov\u00e9ho klienta pripoj\u00edte, inokedy iba cez web. Niekedy audio nefunguje ani tak. Iba cez mobil (platen\u00fd ak firma nem\u00e1 vlastn\u00fa br\u00e1nu). N\u00e1ro\u010dnej\u0161\u00ed na konfigur\u00e1ciu, ale sk\u00fasen\u00ed admini to vedia vyrie\u0161i\u0165 dostato\u010dne vopred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Minimalizovan\u00fd extern\u00fd <strong>\u0161um<\/strong>. Naj\u010dastej\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m, ktor\u00fd neskuto\u010dne ru\u0161\u00ed. Niekedy viac po\u010dujete \u013eud\u00ed mimo t\u00edmu ne\u017e \u010dloveka, ktor\u00fd rozpr\u00e1va. Raz sa n\u00e1m dokonca stalo, \u017ee sme po\u010duli dvoch (ukryt\u00fdch) Indov na\u0161epk\u00e1va\u0165 svojmu kolegovi, \u010dlenovi t\u00edmu. Robili pr\u00e1cu za neho. Aj toto m\u00f4\u017ee odhali\u0165 mikrof\u00f3n v k\u013eudnom prostred\u00ed :).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Odpor\u00fa\u010dam v\u00e1m pripoji\u0165 sa 5 min\u00fat pred m\u00edtingom a preveri\u0165, \u010di v\u00e1m funguje spojenie. \u010clenovia t\u00edmu \u010dasto vyu\u017eij\u00fa tento \u010das na neform\u00e1lny pokec o \u017eivote. Je to teda invest\u00edcia do socializ\u00e1cie, \u010do sa mi ve\u013emi p\u00e1\u010di.<\/p>\n<h2>Inform\u00e1cie, inform\u00e1cie, inform\u00e1cie<\/h2>\n<p>To najpodstatnej\u0161ie sa m\u00e1 sta\u0165 nieko\u013eko min\u00fat pred denn\u00fdm stretnut\u00edm. Ako \u010dlen t\u00edmu si priprav\u00edm odpovede na klasick\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 13px;\">\u010co som spravil od posledn\u00e9ho standupu?<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Na \u010dom budem pracova\u0165 do najbli\u017e\u0161ieho standupu?<\/li>\n<li>Ak\u00e9 m\u00e1m probl\u00e9my?<\/li>\n<li>S k\u00fdm sa chcem porozpr\u00e1va\u0165 po stretnut\u00ed?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Zaiste ste si v\u0161imli trochu in\u00fa formu ot\u00e1zok. V distibuovanom prostred\u00ed sa m\u00f4\u017ee strati\u0165 v\u00fdznam slova DNES, V\u010cERA, ZAJTRA. Preto sa odkazujeme na obdobia medzi standupmi.<\/p>\n<p>A pre\u010do \u0161trvt\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka? Preto\u017ee chcete u\u0161etri\u0165 \u010das kolegom. Bavte sa cielene s \u013eu\u010fmi, ktor\u00ed maj\u00fa \u010do k danej t\u00e9me poveda\u0165 viac do h\u013abky. No diskutujte po stretnut\u00ed, nie po\u010das neho. Najlep\u0161ie niekde v textovom editore alebo Notepade. Ke\u010f pr\u00edde v\u00e1\u0161 moment, tak ho skop\u00edrujte a vlo\u017ete do chatu komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho n\u00e1stroja. V\u0161etci tak uvidia odpovede a porozumej\u00fa aj v pr\u00edpade va\u0161ej hor\u0161ej angli\u010dtiny alebo ni\u017e\u0161ej kvality WiFi sign\u00e1lu.<\/p>\n<p><em>Tip pre Scrum Mastrov: najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ou v\u00fdhodou tohto pr\u00edstupu je to, \u017ee sa \u013eudia pripravia!<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>\u010cas<\/h2>\n<p>D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdm atrib\u00fatom distribuovan\u00e9ho stand-upu je \u010das. Berte do \u00favahy \u010dasov\u00e9 z\u00f3ny. Standup by mal by\u0165 v nejakej lokalite r\u00e1no. Najlep\u0161ie v lokalite, kde s\u00eddli v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina \u010dlenov t\u00edmu. Nech sa de\u0148 za\u010d\u00edna s v\u00fdh\u013eadom do bud\u00facnosti. Ak pracujete s v\u00fdchodn\u00fdm pobre\u017e\u00edm USA, tak vhodn\u00fdm \u010dasom je 14:00 GMT+1. Najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edm probl\u00e9mom bud\u00fa t\u00edmy v USA, Indii a Eur\u00f3pe. V niektor\u00fdch pr\u00edpadoch mo\u017eno budete musie\u0165 rozdeli\u0165 t\u00edmy pod\u013ea z\u00f3n a nebude sa mo\u017en\u00e9 stretn\u00fa\u0165 s\u00fa\u010dasne.<\/p>\n<p>Pozor na tzv. <em>komplex kontraktora<\/em>. M\u00f4\u017ee sa v\u00e1m sta\u0165, \u017ee klient v\u00e1s bude tla\u010di\u0165 do nezmyseln\u00fdch \u010dasov na standupy (19:00 a nesk\u00f4r). Nedajte sa.<\/p>\n<p>Ak ste boli na na\u0161ich workshopoch tak viete ako na to&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2>Komunik\u00e1cia, komunik\u00e1cia, komunik\u00e1cia<\/h2>\n<p>Naj\u0165a\u017e\u0161ie na distribuovan\u00fdch stand-upoch je udr\u017ea\u0165 discipl\u00ednu.<\/p>\n<p>Tu je nieko\u013eko tipov:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 13px;\"><strong>Rozpr\u00e1va iba jeden<\/strong>. Ani ke\u010f kolega nem\u00e1 pravdu.<\/li>\n<li>Ak m\u00e1te nejak\u00fd <strong>postreh<\/strong>, zap\u00ed\u0161te si ho na papier alebo do notepadu. S vypnut\u00fdm mikrof\u00f3nom. Va\u0161e \u0165ukanie nikoho nezauj\u00edma.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Indikujte<\/strong> scrum mastrovi, \u017ee sa chcete vyjadri\u0165 k danej t\u00e9me. On v\u00e1s vyzve. Preto\u017ee to on moderuje stretnutie.<\/li>\n<li>V medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fdch t\u00edmoch V\u017dDY pou\u017e\u00edvajte <strong>jazyk<\/strong>, ktor\u00e9mu rozumia V\u0160ETCI. Nieko\u013ekokr\u00e1t sa mi stalo, \u017ee jeden kolega rozpr\u00e1val anglicky a ostatn\u00ed slovensky. On reportoval anglicky, no Slov\u00e1ci slovensky. Ve\u010f sme na Slovensku. <em>A pekne malom&#8230;\u00a0<\/em>Kolega \u010dasom mal tendenciu na stretnutia nechodi\u0165, nemali pre neho zmysel. A (ne)priordzene to bola jeho chyba, za ktor\u00fa bol trestan\u00fd pr\u00e1ve on, ktor\u00fd ju nesp\u00f4sobil.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u010cas.<\/strong> K\u013eu\u010dov\u00fd prvok.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Detaily<\/strong> &#8211; len v rozumnej miere. Nevrav\u00edm, \u017ee v\u00f4bec.<\/li>\n<li>Niektor\u00e9 t\u00edmy preferuj\u00fa rovnak\u00e9 <strong>poradie<\/strong> po\u010das standupov, in\u00e9 ho rad\u0161ej menia tak, aby \u010dlenovia t\u00edmu boli v strehu. Hlavne ak zasp\u00e1vaj\u00fa po\u010das por\u00e1d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Tak \u010faleko a predsa tak bl\u00edzko<\/h2>\n<p>Vzdialenos\u0165 nie je pre denn\u00e9 standupy limituj\u00faca. Limituj\u00faci je pr\u00edstup \u013eud\u00ed k tomuto obmedzeniu.
