Jednou z podmienok bol stand-up o 12:00 hodine (USA) \u010do znamenalo 18:00 u n\u00e1s. \u00a0Po t\u00fd\u017edni ma na chodbe oslovil m\u00f4j priate\u013e jedinou vetou<em>\u201cJe to Tvoja vina!\u201d<\/em>\u00a0kr\u00e1\u010daj\u00fac nahnevan\u00fd \u010falej. Bummm. Pre\u010do? Tak som i\u0161iel s n\u00edm na cigaretu, kde to faj\u010diarom mysl\u00ed \u010dastokr\u00e1t lep\u0161ie a kde sa d\u00e1 n\u00e1js\u0165 priestor na neform\u00e1lny rozhovor.<\/p>\n<p>Situ\u00e1cia bola zl\u00e1. Slovensk\u00fd t\u00edm za\u010d\u00ednal pr\u00e1cu d 9:00 a 18:00 e\u0161te iba za\u010d\u00ednal stand-up. A ten trval 1,5 hodiny!!! D\u00f4vod bol jednoduch\u00fd.\u00a0Mana\u017e\u00e9r na stretnut\u00ed. Bol to scrum master.\u00a0Navy\u0161e bol certifikovan\u00fd, no nikdy nepochopil, \u017ee Agile nie je o postupoch, ale o hodnot\u00e1ch a princ\u00edpoch. A tak t\u00edm mal \u00a0namiesto denn\u00e9ho stretnutia\u00a0v\u00fdsluch.<\/p>\n<p>Scrum master (st\u00e1le mana\u017e\u00e9r) bol v tomto pr\u00edpade zdrojom frustr\u00e1ci\u00ed. Rie\u0161en\u00edm by bolo menova\u0165 niekoho in\u00e9ho scrum mastrom, ale pomohlo by to pri takej osobnosti mana\u017e\u00e9ra, ktor\u00e9mu je jedno, \u017ee \u013eudia s\u00fa niekde v Eur\u00f3pe v pr\u00e1ci \u00a0do 20:30?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/mani10mn\/5611627535\/sizes\/m\/in\/photostream\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" alt=\"dancing\" src=\"http:\/\/scrum.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/dancing-300x300.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>Mana\u017e\u00e9r, ktor\u00fd je scrum mastrom, by mal by\u0165 hladn\u00fd po sp\u00e4tnej v\u00e4zbe. Prepojenie t\u00fdchto dvoch rol\u00ed je nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 v tom, ak\u00fdmi sme sa nau\u010dili by\u0165 mana\u017e\u00e9rmi (princ\u00edp kontroluj a panuj) a proti tomu stoja princ\u00edpy scrum mastershipu \u2013 servant leadership, kou\u010d, mentor. Je to o zmene spr\u00e1vania, hodn\u00f4t a princ\u00edpov ako fungujeme. A preto sp\u00e4tn\u00e1 v\u00e4zba je nutnou v tomto pr\u00edpade.<\/p>\n<p>Mana\u017e\u00e9r sa mus\u00ed nau\u010di\u0165 tancova\u0165 so syst\u00e9mom aj s t\u00edmom. Treba si zahryzn\u00fa\u0165 do ceruzky ke\u010f chcete nie\u010do poveda\u0165. Treba sa vyhn\u00fa\u0165 o\u010dn\u00e9mu kontaktu s \u010dlovekom, ktor\u00fd reportuje stav. Niekedy treba dokonca sadn\u00fa\u0165 si chrbtom k t\u00edmu a nau\u010di\u0165 t\u00edm, \u017ee to nie mne, mana\u017e\u00e9rovi, reportuj\u00fa, ale \u017ee sa maj\u00fa informova\u0165 navz\u00e1jom.<\/p>\n<h2>Mana\u017e\u00e9r ako n\u00e1v\u0161tevn\u00edk<\/h2>\n<p>Pred piatimi rokmi som ako man\u017e\u00e9r viedol porady. Nebolo to o Scrum, ale o norm\u00e1lnom reportingu, ktor\u00fd ur\u010dite pozn\u00e1te z pr\u00e1ce. Jeden na jedn\u00e9ho, aj ke\u010f je v miestnosti cel\u00fd t\u00edm. No zlomov\u00fdm momentom pre m\u0148a osobne bolo, ke\u010f som si sadol do rohu miestnosti a nechal t\u00edm sedie\u0165 za jedn\u00fdm stolom, Bola to\u00a0in\u00e1 perspekt\u00edva. Odrazu vn\u00edmate ako \u013eudia interaguj\u00fa, kto s k\u00fdm sa m\u00f4\u017ee a kto koho nem\u00f4\u017ee. Ak\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie potrebuj\u00fa \u013eudia, ak\u00e9 tr\u00e9ningy im potrebujete poskytn\u00fa\u0165 a s k\u00fdm sa potrebuj\u00fa dohodn\u00fa\u0165. Scrum mastrom m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 ktoko\u013evek z t\u00edmu, kto m\u00e1 predpoklady dobrej pr\u00e1ce s \u013eu\u010fmi.
